Due to the growing demand for email accounts and in order to keep the mail server as efficient as possible, there is now a 500MB max limit on any @airlogic.net email account. You can view the existing mailbox size when you login to webmail. It will be located in the upper left corner above the word "Folders". We suggest you use a local email client such as outlook or outlook express to POP in your email. Please see the support area of our website for Inbound(Incoming/POP3) and Outbound(SMTP) server settings. If you are already over the limit, we suggest purging your Trash or cleaning out any spam folders you may have setup. The option to purge the Trash is located next to the Trash folder.
